Yogalume accepts payments through Stripe, an independent payment service provider that processes payment transactions submitted through our website. Stripe is a payment processor and is not a business partner of Yogalume.

Our Stripe account registration details and website business information are maintained consistently with our registered business details. Payment processing is subject to the applicable terms of the payment service provider and relevant legal requirements.

Yogalume does not represent that every transaction will be approved. Customers may be asked to contact their card issuer or payment provider if a transaction cannot be completed.

5. Billing Statement Descriptor

Payments made through our website are intended to appear on the customer’s payment statement under the billing descriptor Yogalume.

Customers are encouraged to retain their order confirmation and payment records for reference. If a transaction appears unfamiliar, please contact us using the details provided in Section 8 so that we can assist with identifying the relevant order.
