Terms Of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to Yogalume. These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through www.yogalume.com and the use of our website.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as applicable to your purchase. Please review the relevant product information and policies before completing your order.

Yogalume operates an online retail business specialising in yoga wear. We aim to provide clear product information, an orderly purchasing process and customer support for product and order-related enquiries.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or waives any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

2. Products and Product Information

Product pages provide information about available garments, sizes, colours, features and prices. Customers should review the relevant details and selected options before placing an order.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate. If a material error is identified, we will review the affected order and contact the customer where appropriate.

Actual colours may vary slightly depending on device display settings and lighting conditions. This does not affect any statutory rights relating to goods that do not conform to the purchase contract.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

When placing an order, customers must provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of an order. The purchase contract is formed in accordance with the checkout terms and the acceptance confirmation provided to the customer.

We may decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including a material pricing error, product unavailability, incomplete order information or suspected unauthorised activity, subject to applicable law.

If payment has been taken for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the relevant payment will be refunded. We will notify the customer using the contact details provided at checkout.

4. Prices and Payment

Product prices and available payment methods are displayed on the relevant product and checkout pages.

Payment must be completed using an available method shown at checkout. An order proceeds to processing after the applicable payment confirmation has been received.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

5. Order Processing

Our standard order processing period is 1–3 working days after order confirmation and payment approval.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and applicable public holidays. Additional time may be required if an order needs clarification or further review.

The order processing period is separate from the estimated transit period described below.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to eligible European destinations and may use established carriers, including DHL, FedEx and UPS Priority services, depending on the destination and shipment arrangements.

The estimated delivery period is 5–11 working days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery appointment. Actual transit time may vary according to the destination, carrier operations, public holidays and circumstances affecting the shipment.

6.1 Shipment Tracking

Where tracking information is available, we will send notifications to the email address provided at checkout at key stages of the delivery process, including:

  • Dispatch of the order.
  • Arrival at a carrier facility or logistics point.
  • Progress towards local delivery.

The timing and availability of tracking events depend on the carrier’s reporting system. Customers should check their inbox and spam folder for tracking notifications.

6.2 Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact wear@yogalume.com with your order number and tracking reference, if available.

We will review the shipment information and, where appropriate, investigate the delay with the carrier. Following the investigation, we will assess the circumstances and arrange a full refund or replacement where appropriate.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost or is not delivered, we will address the matter in accordance with the applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer protection law. An investigation with the carrier does not suspend or remove any statutory rights available to the customer.

6.3 Risk of Loss and Damage

Responsibility for loss of or damage to goods remains with us until the customer, or a third party nominated by the customer other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, except where a different rule applies under mandatory law.

The transfer of a parcel to a carrier does not, by itself, transfer the risk of loss or damage to the customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days

Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

For goods, the withdrawal period normally expires 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party nominated by the customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

7.1 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us of the decision to withdraw within the applicable 14-day period.

Please email wear@yogalume.com and include:

  • The order number.
  • The customer’s name.
  • The product concerned.
  • A clear statement that the customer wishes to withdraw from the purchase.

The following optional wording may be used:

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods:

Select options This product has multiple variants. The options may be chosen on the product page
. Order number: [order number]. Ordered on/received on: 2026. Name: [name]. Date: 2026.”

A customer may use another clear statement of withdrawal. A particular form is not required where the customer’s intention is clear.

7.2 Returning Goods

After notifying us of the withdrawal, the customer must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of notification, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by law and where this responsibility was communicated before purchase.

Customers may handle goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where handling goes beyond what is necessary and causes diminished value, a lawful deduction may be made where permitted by applicable law.

This section does not limit remedies relating to faulty, damaged or non-conforming goods.

7.3 Refunds Following Withdrawal

Where a valid withdrawal is exercised, we will reimburse payments received for the relevant goods, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase where required by law.

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw.

Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the customer has supplied evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise. No additional refund fee will be charged.

8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If goods arrive faulty, damaged or different from the items ordered, the customer should contact wear@yogalume.com after receipt.

Please provide the order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs showing the relevant damage, fault or discrepancy. This information helps us assess the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

8.1 Refunds or Replacements Without Return

Where the issue can be established from the information supplied, we may arrange a refund or replacement without requiring the damaged item to be returned.

If further examination is reasonably necessary, we will explain the next steps. A request for photographs does not remove or restrict the customer’s statutory rights.

8.2 Statutory Remedies

For faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods, consumers retain the remedies available under applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, these may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund.

EU consumer sales law generally provides a minimum two-year legal guarantee period for lack of conformity, subject to applicable national rules and any longer protection required by law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts a consumer’s mandatory rights or remedies.

9. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers who wish to cancel an order before dispatch should contact wear@yogalume.com as soon as possible and provide the order number.

We will review the order status and confirm whether cancellation can be processed before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, the applicable withdrawal and return procedure will apply.

This section does not restrict any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers should ensure that their contact details, billing information, delivery address and selected product options are accurate when placing an order.

If an error is identified after an order has been placed, please contact us promptly. We will assess whether the requested amendment can be made, taking account of the order’s status and applicable law.

We may request information reasonably necessary to identify an order or assess an enquiry.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts liability where such exclusion or restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Subject to that limitation, we are responsible for fulfilling our contractual obligations in accordance with the applicable purchase terms. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

12. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements, including Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation where applicable.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about the collection, use, disclosure and retention of personal data.

13. Governing Law and Consumer Protection

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted in accordance with applicable law.

Where a consumer habitually resides in an EU Member State and we direct our commercial activities to that country, a choice of governing law must not deprive the consumer of protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law that would otherwise apply under the relevant legal rules.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions removes or restricts mandatory consumer rights available under applicable European or Singaporean law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our business practices or applicable legal requirements change.

The version published on our website applies to new orders from its effective date. Updates do not retrospectively remove contractual rights already acquired by customers or override mandatory legal requirements.
